Why The Instant Store?

Hi, I’m Nikolaj, and together with my lifelong friend and business school buddy Mark, I’ve founded The Instant Store. I’ve always loved the permanence and stability of real estate which is a sentiment shared by Mark. Another sentiment we share is that we both strongly believe in Schumpeter's theory that entrepreneur-driven creative destruction is the main driver of progress.
And right in that intersection between entrepreneurs and real estate is where The Instant Store exists. Enabling brave entrepreneurs to establish a brief and impactful presence in amazing retail spaces.
